The brands in this section were at earlier stages of their growth when we first worked with them. Several started as regional operations with a few dozen employees and scaled, over years, into international businesses with hundreds of staff and nine-figure revenues. The case studies below describe specific programmes (personalisation, loyalty, AI adoption, performance marketing, product feed engineering) built and operated during that scaling trajectory, with published results drawn from the technology partners involved. What the case studies show collectively is the shape of a scaling curve: the sequence of capabilities that a luxury or fashion brand builds as it moves from founder-led operation to structured multinational.
