Our Approach
NIMA Digital's founder led this transformation in collaboration with Google, conducting a complete mobile site analysis to identify 30 actionable UX improvements. The approach combined quantitative analytics with qualitative user research, then deployed Google Analytics User ID to understand cross-device journeys.
